I’m an adjuster who’s been where you are. Handling claim files, tough conversations, long hours, and learning lessons the hard way.

Over the years, I realized that too many adjusters are set up to struggle. They’re expected to perform without being properly trained, and the result is burnout, frustration, and avoidable mistakes.

So, I am building this training for adjusters that is clear, practical, and with real-world guidance that gives adjusters the confidence and tools they need to succeed and promote confidently.
